This is based on our unique binary (pass/fail) sensor liner, to provide the only credible solution to the container threat problems of theft and interference (the insertion of noxious, toxic or explosive substances).
The wires shown in the figure above are spaced such that any breach of 3 mm (1/8”) or more will cut at least one wire which will cause an alarm signal to be generated. The 6mm overall claim is based on the tests actually carried out at LPCB.
The fabric is used to build a continuous detection sensor liner inside the container – the doors are also lined and connect to the main system through multiple randomised connectors. The detection sensor interfaces directly to logic gates in the communications module: any break in the sensor will trigger an alarm.
